Registration Rules

A student who has GPA equals to 3 or more is allowed to register up to 21 credit hours.

A student who has GPA equals to 2 or more and less than 3 is allowed to register up to 18 credit hours.

A student who has GPA less than 2 is allowed him to register up to 14 credit hours or a number of five courses and he has to be alerted to improve his GPA.

Don’t allow for any student in the summer semester to register more than two courses only, it is permitted to register more courses if it leads to complete the graduation requirements.

It is not permitted to register the courses in the third level unless the student passes successfully all courses in the first level.

• It is not permitted to register the courses in the fourth level unless the student passes successfully all courses in the second level.

The registration in the graduation project is not allowed before the student is promoted to fourth level.

Students can register as listeners (Audit) in some courses in case of availability of places for them and have to pay a registration fees equivalent to one credit hour and they have no right to enter the final exam.

A student who needs to graduate can register for self study courses according to the following criteria:

1. The course assessment is to be evaluated according to the final exam result at the end of semester.

2. The student's final exam fees is equivalent to one credit hour.

In the case of a student's absence for the final exam with an accepted execuse (Incomplete), he can enter the exam for next time after the payment of the examination fees equivalent to one credit hour.

A number of 10 students' minimum is required to open a scheduled course per main semester.

A number of five students minimum is required to open a scheduled course in the summer course.
